The Company has today received notification that FMR Corp. and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International Limited and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries, have non-beneficial interests in 32,068,123 (previously
29,467,123) Trinity Mirror Ordinary Shares, representing 11.003% (previously
10.12%) of the issued share capital.
