The Company has today received notification from The Capital Group Companies,
Inc. on behalf of its affiliates, including Capital Guardian Trust Company, Capital
International Limited, Capital International S.A., and Capital International, 
Inc. have non-beneficial interests in 36,815,222 (previously 34,977,12) Trinity 
Mirror Ordinary Shares, representing 12.62% (previously 11.998%) of the issued 
share capital .
