The Company has today received notification that FMR Corp. and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International Limited and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries, have non-beneficial interests in 38,138,380 (previously
35,749,119) Trinity Mirror Ordinary Shares, representing 13.08% (previously
12.26%) of the issued share capital.
