indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International Limited and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries, have non-beneficial interests in 35,749,119 (previously
32,068,123) Trinity Mirror Ordinary Shares, representing 12.26% (previously
11.003%) of the issued share capital.
