Inc. on behalf of its affiliates, including Capital International, Inc., Capital
International S.A., Capital International Limited, and Capital Guardian Trust
Company, that they have non-beneficial interests in 32,391,631 (previously
36,815,222) Trinity Mirror plc Ordinary Shares, representing 11.105% (previously
12.62%) of the issued share capital.
