Appointment of New Director

The Board of Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of John Hallam as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.

John Hallam has long experience of the financial services industry having previously been a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers specialising in that area. He is currently the Chairman of NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund Ltd as well as being a director of a number of other companies in the investment sector, some of which are listed on the London Stock Exchange. A full listing of his current and recent directorships is set out below; these past positions include acting as Chairman of Cazenove Absolute Equity Ltd, Dexion Absolute Ltd and Prodesse Investment Ltd. In addition, he has also had a number of involvements in industry and community bodies including being a former Chairman of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.

John Hallam will stand for election at the Company's AGM in September.
