Preference Dividend

Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited announces today that it was resolved to pay a preference dividend of GBP 2p per preference share (a total amount of GBP 942,756) for the period 01 July 2012 to 30 September 2012. The dividend is to be paid on Friday 28 September 2012 to preference shareholders on the register at the close of business on 07 September 2012.  The ex dividend date is 05 September 2012.
