Dividend Announcement

Ordinary Dividend for RECI LN (the Core shares)

Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited announces today that it declares an ordinary dividend for the Core for the period 1 January 2013 to 31 March 2013 of GBP 2.2 pence per share (a total amount of GBP 879,274). The dividend is to be paid on 12 July 2013 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 21 June 2013.  The ex dividend date is 19 June 2013.
