Cell Ordinary Dividend for ERII LN (the Cell shares)

Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited announces today that it declares a Cell ordinary dividend for ERII for the period 1 October 2013 to 31 December 2013 of 3.2 cents per share (a total amount of EUR 492,549). The dividend is to be paid on 21 March 2014 to Cell ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 28 February 2014.  The ex dividend date is 26 February 2014.
