Dividend Announcement


The  Company announces today that it was  resolved to declare a dividend of Euro
0.08 cents per Ordinary share, in respect of the period ending 31st March 2010,
to  be paid on Friday 23rd July 2010 to Ordinary shareholders on the register at
the  close of  business on  25th June 2010.  The  ex dividend  date is 23rd June
2010.
