Dividend Announcement


Queen's  Walk Investment Limited announces today that it was resolved to declare
a  dividend of  Euro 0.08 cents  per Ordinary  share, in  respect of  the period
ending  31st December  2009, to  be  paid  on Friday 16th April 2010 to Ordinary
shareholders  on the register at the  close of business on 19th March 2010.  The
ex dividend date is 17th March 2010.
