Ordinary Dividend for RECI LN (the Core shares)

Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited announces today that it declares an ordinary dividend for the period 1 October 2012 to 31 December 2012 of GBP 0.02 (a total amount of GBP 799,340). The dividend is to be paid on 29 March 2013 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 8 March 2013.  The ex dividend date is 6 March 2013.
