Posting of circular and notice of extraordinary general meeting to approve the disapplication of pre-emption rights, amendments to the articles of incorporation and the approval of a related party transaction

Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited (the "Company")announces that a circular (the "Circular") relating to the disapplication of pre-emption rights, amendments to the articles of incorporation and the approval of a related party transaction and a notice of an extraordinary general meeting (the "Meeting") of the Company to consider and, if thought fit, to approve these resolutions has today been posted to the shareholders of the Company.

The Meeting will be held at 11.00 am on Monday 11 November 2013 at First Floor, Dorey Court, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 6HJ.
