Purchase of Shares in Closed Period
Real Estate Credit Investments Limited ("RECI" or the "Company") announces that the Company will shortly enter a closed period ahead of the notification of its half yearly report for the period ended 30 September 2023 (the "Closed Period"), which is expected to be on or after 29 November 2023.
Pursuant to the share buyback authority approved by the Company's shareholders at the AGM on 15 September 2023, the Board has granted authority to the Company's broker, Liberum Capital Limited ("Liberum"), to purchase the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the market during the Closed Period, subject to pre-agreed parameters. Any Ordinary Shares purchased during the Closed Period will be held in treasury.
The authority granted is irrevocable and non-discretionary, and during the Closed Period the Board has no power to invoke any changes to the authority and any purchases will be undertaken at the sole discretion of Liberum Capital Limited.
The Company confirms that it currently has no unpublished inside information.
