Disclosure of total voting rights

In accordance with  Disclosure and Transparency Rule  5.6.1 the Company hereby notifies the market that as at 28 February 2014, the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company are as follows:

-      72,818,496 RECI LN (Core) Ordinary Shares

-      43,962,834 RECP Preference Shares outstanding (1,000,000 are held in treasury)

-      15,392,148 ERII LN (Cell) Ordinary Shares

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
