Acquisition
REI announces that on 4 August 2006 the Company concluded missives for the
purchase of the heritable interest in a prime retail investment in Paisley,
Strathclyde town centre.
The property is let in its entirety, on a long lease, to Stead & Simpson
Limited, at a rent of £74,500 per annum and provides two retail shops, with
office and residential upper parts.
The total consideration for the acquisition is £1,100,000 which will be paid as
to £900,000 in cash and the balance by the issue to the vendor(s) of 2,000,000
new ordinary shares of 1p each in REI at a price of 10 pence per share.
