Announcement of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

Real Good Food plc (AIM: RGD) will hold its Annual General Meeting at 11.00 a.m. at Haberdashers' Hall, 18 West Smithfield, London EC1A 9HQ on Monday 12^th September 2016.

At the meeting Pieter Totté, Executive Chairman, will make a short statement on trading and following the formal business of the meeting the Executive Management will give a presentation on Company Strategy.

Shareholders, as well as non-members, are warmly invited to attend and there will be lunch and a chance to try new cake decorating techniques.
