Arrangements for General Meeting
Real Good Food plc (AIM:RGD) announces arrangements for the General Meeting (GM) of the Company to be held at 10:00am on 13th January 2021.
As announced on 16 December in the Notice of General Meeting, to comply with the current Government restrictions, the GM will take place as a closed meeting and shareholders will not be permitted to attend in person.
Following completion of the business of the GM, there will be a webinar for shareholders which will commence at 10.30am. Shareholders interested in participating in the webinar should contact the Group at RGFplc@realgoodfoodplc.co.uk to request log in details.
Shareholders questions can be emailed in advance to RGFplc@realgoodfoodplc.co.uk and there will also be a facility to lodge questions during the webcast itself.
