The Company was notified on 26 May 2006 that Menton Investments Limited
purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company at 42p. Menton
Investments Limited is now interested in 1,925,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in
the Company, representing approximately 2.73% of the issued share capital of the
Company. Menton Investments Limited is wholly owned by the Tulip Trust, a
discretionary trust, of which Pieter Totte and certain members of his family are
discretionary beneficiaries.
