The Company announces that it received notification on 5 May 2015, that Omnicane International Investment Co Ltd ("Omnicane"), a subsidiary of Omnicane Limited, has made the following purchases of ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

29 April 2015	220,000	42.4 pence
30 April 2015	400,000	41.0 pence

Following the above purchases, Omnicane is interested in 20,643,954 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 29.7 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company. Jacques d'Unienville, a non-executive director of the Company, is a director of Omnicane Limited.
