The Real Good Food Company plc. (the "Company"), owns the largest independent non-refining distributor of sugar in Europe (Napier Brown), supplies bakery ingredients (Renshaw) and manufactures patisserie and desserts (Haydens Bakery)

The Company announces that it will be announcing its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2012 on 3 July 2012.
