The Real Good Food Company plc, the food manufacturing group, operating in the
ambient, chilled and frozen sectors of the market, will be announcing its
preliminary results for the twelve months to 31 December 2006 on Tuesday 27
March 2007.



An analyst's briefing will be held at 1000hrs on Tuesday 27 March 2007 in the
Taurus Suite, Butchers' Hall, 87 Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7EB.
