Posting of Annual Report

The Real Good Food Company plc ("the Group"), owns the largest independent non-refining distributor of sugar in Europe (Napier Brown) and is a supplier of bakery ingredients and a manufacturer of sweet bakery products for a range of major retail customers.

The Group announces that the 2010 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and are available to view on the Company's website at www.realgoodfoodplc.com.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 am on Thursday 2 June 2011 at the premises of College Hill, The Registry, Royal Mint Court, London, EC3N 4QN.
