Posting of General Meeting Circular
Further to the Company's recent General Meeting on 23 September 2015 (the "Announcement") regarding the Reduction of Capital (the "Proposals"), the Company wishes to notify existing shareholders that due to an administrative error the required notice period in order to requisition a general meeting was not given. The Resolutions that were passed at the previous General Meeting on 23 September 2015 are therefore invalid. The Company has therefore today posted a new Circular and Notice of General Meeting which was posted to shareholders requisitioning a General Meeting in order to re-table the Proposals. The new Circular has been posted in hard copy format to shareholders shortly and is available at http://realgoodfoodplc.com/.
The General Meeting will now take place on 24 March 2016.
