Result of EGM and further re Proposed Placing of up to 7,407,407 new Ordinary
Shares at 135p per share
Result of EGM
At the EGM held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed.
Placing Shares
Of the 7,407,407 new ordinary shares to be issued in connection with the
Placing, 6,218,840 shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 15th January,
2004 and the balance of 1,188,567 shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on
20th January, 2004.
Following the Placing, the Company will have 12,657,316 ordinary shares in
issue.
Campbell Mitchell (non-executive director) subscribed for 11,567 ordinary shares
in the Placing and his resultant holding following allotment of the shares on
20th January, 2004 will be 136,567 ordinary shares, representing 1.08 per cent.
of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
