 DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

 

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company"),  the world's largest health & hygiene company, announces the following changes in the interests of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

 

The Company was notified on 4 March 2016 that Rob de Groot, Area Executive Vice President, ENA, and as such a PDMR, had entered into a personal loan arrangement with Credit Suisse AG (the "Bank") and granted a pledge in favour of the Bank over assets held within a family trust of which he is the beneficial holder, which includes 24,116 Shares, as security in connection with the loan.  

 

There is no change in Mr De Groot's beneficial interest and voting rights and, further to this transaction, Mr de Groot's beneficial interest remains at 282,069 Shares, representing 0.038% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
