Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 5 February 2014, the following ordinary shares (69,344) have been transferred out of Treasury for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

UK Share Save Schemes:

93 Ordinary shares at £19.12 per share

US Savings-Related Share Option Plan:

66,915 ordinary shares at £25.78 per share

1,376 ordinary shares at £27.99 per share

941 ordinary shares at £28.36 per share

19 ordinary shares at £37.20 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 16,619,651 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 719,915,528.
