TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("RB") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10p each on the London Stock Exchange from Morgan Stanley & Co. International PLC ("Morgan Stanley"). Such purchase was effected pursuant to irrevocable instructions issued by RB on 30 June 2015, as announced on 30 June 2015:

Price per share:	£61.0962

RB intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the above transaction, RB holds 24,311,985 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 712,223,194 shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
