RECKITT BENCKISER GROUP PLC

TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("RB") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10p each on the London Stock Exchange from Morgan Stanley & Co. International PLC ("Morgan Stanley"). Such purchase was effected pursuant to irrevocable instructions issued by RB on 1 September 2014, as announced on 2 September 2014:

Ordinary Shares

Date of purchase:	2 September 2014
Number of ordinary shares purchased:	48,000
Price per share:	£53.3753

RB intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the above transaction, RB holds 14,494,115 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 722,041,064 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
