Transaction in own securities

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("RB") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10p each on the London Stock Exchange from Morgan Stanley Securities Limited. Such purchase was effected pursuant to irrevocable instructions issued by RB on 30 May 2014, as announced on 30 May 2014.

Ordinary Shares

Date of purchase:	6 August 2014
Number of ordinary shares purchased:	127,000
Price per share:	£50.9051

RB intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the above transaction, RB holds 13,908,596 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 722,626,583 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
