Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1), as at 31 May 2017, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc:
· had 736,535,179 issued ordinary shares of 10p each admitted to trading. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc;
· held 33,591,117 ordinary shares in treasury. The voting rights of treasury shares are automatically suspended; and
· accordingly, had total voting rights of 702,944,062.
The total voting rights figure (702,944,062) may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
