TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("RB") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10p each (the "Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange from Morgan Stanley & Co. International PLC ("Morgan Stanley"). Such purchase was effected pursuant to irrevocable instructions issued by RB on 10 May 2016, as announced on 10 May 2016:

Price per share:	£68.2633

RB intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the above transaction, RB holds 31,393,134 Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 705,142,045 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
