Transaction in own shares

 

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("shares") from J.P. Morgan Securities plc ("J.P. Morgan") in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 2 May 2024 (the "Purchase"). The Purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by the Company on 25 July 2024, as announced on 26 July 2024. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury.

Highest price paid per share (pence):

4,195.00

Lowest price paid per share (pence):

4,128.00

Volume weighted average price paid per share (pence):

4,166.38

 

Following the above transaction, the Company will hold 38,770,805 of its ordinary shares in treasury and have 697,764,374 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 697,764,374 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
