London, UK, 28 February 2006. The Board of Reconstruction Capital II Limited
today announces the immediate appointment of Mr Dirk Van den Broeck as
non-executive director.
Born in 1956, Dirk Ernestus Jozef Van den Broeck is an Executive Director of
Petercam, where he started his career in 1981. He has been a Partner and
Director of the firm since 1988 and Managing Director since 1994 and is
currently responsible for real estate and project financing activities. He
registered as an 'Agent de Change' in 1989.
He is a lecturer on the taxation of financial products at ULB - University in
Brussels.
Mr Van den Broeck received a degree in Law in 1979 and a degree in Economics in
1980, both from the University of Louvain.
Mr Van den Broeck is Managing Director of a number of fiduciary companies that
issue real estate certificates (securitisation). He is also on the board as an
independent director of several Belgian companies. During the past 5 years, Mr
Van den Broeck holds or has held the following positions where he was or is

All of these cases concern voluntary liquidations following a termination of
activities. In all but two cases, the companies were Special Purpose Vehicles
that had voluntarily disposed of all their assets and returned the equity to
their shareholders. In the cases of Peterbroeck, Van Campenhout & Co, CVA and
NIBC Petercam Derivatives N.V. the voluntary liquidation was approved by the
Belgian Banking Commission after all outstanding liabilities were met in full.
There is no other information that is required to be disclosed pursuant to
Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
