Appointment of Non - Executive Director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Robert Petch as a Non - Executive Director to the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Petch is a director of HP Advisors Limited ("HP Advisors"), an investment adviser to Northview Investment Fund Ltd ("Northview"), which has a substantial shareholding in RC2.

Mr. Robert Francis Hill Petch (aged 48) has over 20 years of experience working in corporate finance at UBS Phillips & Drew, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Ludgate Investments Limited. In the 16 years he worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein he held positions where he was responsible for UK ECM marketing and was a Director within the corporate finance division. Since 2011 he has worked for HP Advisors, who are consultants to Northview.

Robert Petch currently holds, and has held (including all appointments during the five years preceding the date of this announcement), the following directorships and partnerships, other than of the Company:
