Director Shareholding

The Company was today informed that on 10 March 2009 Mr Ion Florescu, a director of the Company, purchased 65,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of €0.32 per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction, Mr Ion Florescu is interested in 910,466 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.91% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

It is intended that Mr Florescu will transfer 4,875 of the Ordinary Shares purchased on 10 March to a director of New Europe Capital DOO, one of the investment advisers of the Company, and a further announcement will be made in due course.
