Director Shareholding

The Company was today informed that interests connected to the family trust of Mr. Ion Florescu, a director of the Company, had earlier today purchased 1,450,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.615 per Ordinary Share. 

Following this transaction, Mr. Ion Florescu is the beneficial owner either directly or indirectly through his family trust of 2,360,466 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.36% of the total issued share capital of the Company, with voting rights.
