Director Shareholding

The Company was informed on 15 August 2007 that Howard Golden, the non-executive
Chairman of the Company, acquired 100,000 Ordinary Shares on market at €1.41 per
Ordinary Share for a total consideration of €141,000.

This purchase brings Mr Golden's interested holding in the Company to 100,000
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.
