The Company was informed yesterday that on 30 January 2009 Mr Markus Winkler, a director of the Company, purchased 151,721ordinary shares of €0.01 each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of €0.375 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Markus Winkler is interested in 500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.50% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
