Resignation of Director

The Company announces that Mr Franklin P. Johnson, Jr. has resigned from the board of RC2 with immediate effect.

The board of RC2 would like to thank Mr Johnson, Jr. for his significant contribution to the development of the Company.

Howard Golden, Chairman of the Board, commented: "Mr Johnson has contributed greatly to the Company with his years of experience and expertise, and his presence will be missed.  On behalf of the entire board we wish him well and extend our sincere appreciation."
