Results of Placing
The Board of the Company is pleased to announce the completion of the Company's
third round of fund raising (the 'Fundraising') which raised a total of €73.4
million, upon the issue of 47,641,629 new ordinary shares at €1.54 per share.
Application has been made for the 47,641,629 new ordinary shares to be admitted
to trading on AIM and this is expected to take place on 19 December 2007. As a
result of the Fundraising, the Company will have 112,681,054 ordinary shares in
issue.
As a result of the Fundraising, the following information is required to be
disclosed in accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies (the 'AIM
Rules'):
Directors Shareholdings
Mr. Dirk Van den Broeck has subscribed for 745,100 ordinary shares. Following
this subscription, Mr Van den Broek holds 1,490,200 ordinary shares in the
Company representing 1.32% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
Mr Ion Florescu has subscribed for 200,000 ordinary shares. Following this
subscription, Mr Florescu holds 400,100 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 0.36% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
Mr Markus Winkler has subscribed for 150,000 ordinary shares. Following this
subscription, Mr Winkler holds 400,000 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 0.35% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
The Company is aware that the following shareholders subscribed in the
Fundraising:
UBS Fund Services (Cayman) Limited has subscribed for 6,077,320 ordinary shares
representing 12.8% of the new ordinary shares issued in the Fundraising.
Sis Segaintersettle AG has subscribed for 6,490,220 ordinary shares representing
13.6% of the new ordinary shares issued in the Fundraising.
