The Company was informed today that interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu have, on 29 June 2015, purchased 1,074,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.1334 per Ordinary Share.  Following this transaction, Mr. Ion Florescu is the beneficial owner either directly or indirectly of 35,375,211 Ordinary Shares, representing 35.3% of the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
