Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

Reconstruction Capital II Limited ("the Company") announces that on 11 August 2016, it has acquired 3,930,000 of its ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each ("Shares") for cancellation.

The price paid by the Company was EUR 0.246 per Share.

Following the completion of the above transaction the Company will have 88,006,767 Shares in issue with voting rights.  This number represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
