Annual Report and Accounts

The following documents have today been submitted to the Financial Services Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the Financial Services Authority's Document Viewing Facility:

• Record plc's annual report and accounts 2008;

• Record plc's circular to shareholders incorporating the notice of the 2008 annual general meeting which will be held at the company's registered office: Morgan House, Madeira Walk, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 1EP at 10 am on Thursday 24 July 2008, and

• Form of proxy.

The Document Viewing Facility is situated at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
