Red Rock Resources plc ("Red Rock" or the "Company") announces that application has now been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 10,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each, representing the second tranche of the placing set out in the announcement dated 17 December 2012.

Dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 17 January 2013, following which the Company's total issued ordinary share capital will be 1,096,741,764 ordinary shares of 0.1p.
