Colombia

Further to the announcement of the sale of its gold interests in Colombia on 14 April 2015, as updated by an announcement on 1 May 2015, Red Rock announces that the sale has now closed in escrow pending receipt of a legal opinion updated to today from the Company's lawyers in Colombia.

Colombia Milling Limited, the purchaser, will then take control of operations at El Limon and will embark on the first stages of their investment programme in order to increase mine and plant throughput and enable the business to process ore from other operations in the region.

Kenya

Further to the announcement on 7 May 2015, the Company has instructed lawyers in Kenya and initiated proceedings in order to protect Red Rock's interests in its Migori gold project.
