Red Rock Resources PLC (the "Company") was today notified that Andrew Bell, a director of the Company, had sold 500,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), with the trade concluding today, at an average price of 1.92 pence per share.

Following the sale, Mr Bell is now directly interested in 300,000 Ordinary Shares.

In addition to his direct interests in Ordinary Shares, Mr Bell remains interested in the following options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares:
