Exercise of Options, Issue of Equity and Directors' Dealing

Dated: 5 December 2011

Red Rock Resources PLC ("Red Rock" or the "Company") has today issued 1,150,000 new ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at a price of 3.5 pence per Ordinary Share by directors of the Company, as detailed below.

Mike Nott	400,000	3.5 pence

As a result of this exercise of options, John Watkins, together with his wife, is interested in a total of 3,250,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company. This holding represents 0.44 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Diane Watkins has, since 5 January 2011, been beneficially interested in 2,000,000 of these Ordinary Shares.

Mike Nott, together with his wife, is now interested in 1,900,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.26 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

In addition to their interests in the Ordinary Share Capital of the Company stated above, Mr Watkins and Mr Nott remain interested in the following options to subscribe for the Company's Ordinary Shares.

Application will been made for the new Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary share capital, to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that the admission of the new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM will occur on 9 December 2011.

Following the issue and allotment of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 731,910,973 Ordinary Shares in issue.
