Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource investment and development company, announces that it has been informed today that Andrew R M Bell, Chairman, has today purchased a further 830,834 ordinary shares in the Company at the price of 0.6p per ordinary share. Following this purchase, his holdings in Red Rock are as set out in the table below:
