Red Rock Resources Plc announces that it has been informed of dealings on 14 December 2017 by directors in the Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence ("Shares") in the Company.

Mr Andrew Bell, a director, has purchased 5,000,000 Shares at a price of 0.6865 pence. Mr Scott Kaintz, a director, has purchased 732,093 Shares at 0.695 pence.
